The Midland Police Department is seeking your help in identifying a suspect in a Robbery. On February 5, 2009, at approximately 5:50 pm, the victim was walking to her vehicle in the Walmart parking lot, located at 200 W. I-20 in Midland, Texas. As the victim was talking to a friend, witnesses saw a person (unknown sex) with shoulder length hair, hangout of the driver side door of a navy blue 1997 Ford Truck. While hanging out the door, the suspect grabbed the victims purse, which was strapped around the victims shoulder. The victim was dragged for several feet before being released, after which the suspect was able to leave the scene with the victims purse. The MPD is seeking your help in identifying the owner and occupants of the Navy Blue Ford Truck that is seen in this video.
